Personal coaching is for anyone who is on a journey of self-awareness. This may involve becoming more conscious of who you are, understanding the limiting beliefs you might have about yourself and the world and how it works. Ultimately, it’s about reaching a better understanding of who you are, what you want out of life and how to best get there.

2. PROFESSIONAL COACHING

The dividing lines between the personal and professional have never been more blurred. Sometimes people come to me because they’re increasingly struggling to deal with work challenges and the wide-ranging impact on their lives and health. At other times, coaching can serve an aspirational purpose – helping people to realise a more purposeful way forward and how to get there. For others, it is more seeking around reassurance and an independent sounding board relating to their career decision-making and taking the next step forward.

3. BUSINESS CONSULTING

While individuals are increasingly seeking coaching to support them at a personal level, organisations are increasingly seeing the value of investing in coaching for people throughout their organisations. Whether it is with the aim of improving their performance or giving them the support they need to truly thrive in today’s ever-changing business landscapes or to avoid to the Great Resignation, professional development and retention are key priorities for all organisations.

I worked for almost 20 years within the Financial Services sector as a trusted advisor, before embarking on my own path of lifelong learning and growth. I understand first hand the complexities of working in high pressured, demanding environments.
